Its out the Henley Businesss Shool – QCA Board Performance Review Research Report. The report is based on 30 interviews with seasoned directors and investors, and 100 survey responses from small and mid-sized quoted companies. I have presented the findings this morning – and will be spreading the word that PROACTIVE Boards derive far more value from board performance reviews in terms of strategy and competitive advantage, value creation, alignment and stakeholder relations that boards that are REACTIVE and simply tick the box. The QCA and Henley developed a board performance review guide also available (a small fee is required for non-QCA members).
The report is free and can be downloaded here.
